Simplify Yourself

You might be here because you want life to feel clearer. At home, at work, and in the spaces where the two blur.

You want less stress, more confident decision‑making, and a way of living and working that actually supports your wellbeing.

When you simplify your environment and your systems, you create a ripple effect that touches everything: your energy, your relationships, and the future you’re shaping for the people who come after you.

How I work

A white marble countertop with dark navy blue drawers below, on a wall with red brick and white plaster, featuring two black window blinds, and potted plants on the windowsill.

I help individuals and teams simplify their work and home environments so they can focus on what truly matters.

Across all my work, my focus is on reducing stress, empowering confident decision making, and helping people make lasting, positive change.

For organisations, I deliver workplace simplification workshops, talks and coaching that reduce overwhelm, improve mental wellbeing, and create more productive, energised teams.

For individuals, I offer 1:1 decluttering and organising support. Together, we create calm, functional spaces that support your wellbeing and daily life.

I live in Surbiton, so I visit clients in South West London and Surrey, for a minimum of one hour. For anyone further afield I can provide online coaching, or travel can be discussed for larger time blocks.

If you’d like to explore support for your team or your home, contact me to book a free 30‑minute call to discuss your needs.

About me

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a light gray long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans, sitting on a wooden bench outdoors, smiling at the camera.

Hi, I’m Tracy, great to have you here. I live in South West London with my husband and 6 year old son.

For the past 10 years I’ve been committed to intentional living - simplifying my home and lifestyle.

This has proved to be so beneficial for navigating a neurodivergent household, as well as dealing with breast cancer last year.

I understand how overwhelming life can feel when your home, health and responsibilities all compete for your energy.

That’s why I founded Mandala Jade - to help others benefit from simple living.

Previous to this, I spent over 25 years in financial services, initially as a Chartered Accountant and then in business management and culture roles.
