Hi I’m Tracy

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a light gray long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans, sitting on a wooden bench outdoors, smiling at the camera.

I live in Surbiton, South West London with my husband and six-year-old son.

My journey into simplifying started long before Mandala Jade existed. I grew up in Hong Kong in a driven, high-pressure environment, and when my mum died when I was 25, that pressure to succeed only intensified.

I spent years in roles that didn't feel like me - Chartered Accountant, then business management and culture roles - working long hours and using tidying as the one place I felt in control.

About ten years ago I watched The Minimalists' documentary and had a lightbulb moment: I didn't need all this stuff, physically or mentally, and a calmer life was actually possible. I started decluttering my home, and over time, my life shifted too.

When my son was diagnosed as autistic, and I later received my own AuDHD diagnosis, it made sense why order and calmer spaces had always felt essential to me - they weren't just preferences, they were how I reduced sensory overwhelm and created breathing room. Breast cancer last year confirmed it all over again.

So when I left the corporate world, starting a business helping others simplify their homes, work and lives felt like the most natural next step. That's how Mandala Jade was born.

Whether you're here for your home, your work, or your team, I'd love to help.
