Session one: ClarifyBefore we change anything, we name it. We look at where the weight is coming from. your home, your work, your habits, your headspace. Hi, I’m Tracy
I spent 25 years in financial services, Chartered Accountant, culture and engagement lead, coaching and mentoring people at every level, including senior and executive leaders. I know exactly what corporate overwhelm looks like, and more importantly, what it costs.
Alongside that career, I spent over a decade simplifying my own life, my home, my habits, my headspace. When my son was diagnosed as autistic and I later received my own AuDHD diagnosis, I understood why simplicity wasn't just a preference for me, it was essential. Breast cancer last year confirmed it all over again.
The Summer Sprint is the most focused and personal way I work. It's short by design, built to give you real movement before the summer, without taking over your life to get there.

For a meaningful shift, yes. Especially because we're focused and intentional rather than trying to change everything. Most people notice something moving within the first session. Three weeks is enough to create a real before-and-after if you show up for it.

We'll agree dates together that work for both of us. Sessions are held on Zoom, so there's flexibility on timing. The Sprint is designed to run in June or July, ahead of the school summer holidays.

Eight weeks from the date of your third session. That gives you the flexibility to use it during the summer or just after, whenever feels most useful.

You'll leave with your action plan, and a much clearer sense of what you need going forward. For some people the Sprint is exactly what they needed. For others it opens the door to wanting to go deeper. We can talk about what that might look like at your reflection session.
